Founder

A respected leader in Indonesia’s energy sector with over 30 years of experience spanning oil & gas, mining, and nuclear energy. He is the former Chief Operating Officer of one of Indonesia’s leading nuclear companies and a key figure in shaping the nation’s nuclear energy policy and infrastructure. In 2024, Bob co-founded PT Xpert Synergy Solution, a consultancy dedicated to accelerating clean energy adoption—especially nuclear—through strategic advisory, regulatory engagement, and project development. Known for his deep technical knowledge, policy insight, and integrity, Bob is widely regarded by peers and government officials as one of the few individuals in Indonesia who fully understands the complexities of nuclear energy—from licensing and power purchase agreements to site planning and public acceptance.

He maintains strong relationships with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), the National Energy Council (DEN), PLN, BAPETEN, BRIN, and leading universities such as ITB and UGM. Under his leadership, Xpert Synergy has contributed to integrating the coal-to-nuclear repowering program into Indonesia’s national energy strategy and continues to lead efforts in nuclear site selection, licensing, and international collaboration.
